International Shipping & Fulfillment
Global Fulfillment: We partner with a network of historical archives and printing specialists in over 30 countries (including the USA, UK, EU, and Australia) to fulfill orders as close to you as possible. This ensures faster delivery and reduces carbon emissions.

Customs & Import Fees: While most international orders are printed locally and arrive duty-free, inventory or technical constraints may occasionally require us to ship your order from a different country (e.g., from the USA to Europe).

Important: If your order is shipped internationally, you strictly assume the role of Importer of Record. You are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees charged by your local government. We cannot predict, collect, or refund these fees. If a package is refused due to customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our maps are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or wrong size selection. Please measure your space carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your print arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error, we will happily replace it free of charge. Please email us at vmgraphics.prints@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

EU & UK Customers (Right of Withdrawal): In compliance with EU/UK consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To Exercise this Right: You must notify us at vmgraphics.prints@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our vendor facility.

Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Historic Accuracy & Image Quality
Nature of Goods: You are purchasing an artistic rendering of a historical artifact. The original maps may contain imperfections inherent to documents of their age, including discoloration, fold lines, tears, handwritten notes, or technical inaccuracies common to the era in which they were created.

"As-Is" Representation: These marks are not defects; they are part of the historical character of the image. We do not digitally remove all signs of age unless explicitly stated. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the image quality will reflect the condition of the original archival scan.
Privacy Policy
Third-Party Fulfillment: We use Gelato API for order fulfillment. When you place an order, your name, shipping address, and order details are securely transferred to Gelato solely for the purpose of printing and delivering your order. Gelato utilizes a global network of print partners; your data may be transferred to a printing facility in your local region or internationally as required to fulfill the contract.
